Ms. Asma is a highly accomplished Mathematics specialist with qualifications and experience that have shaped her into an exceptional educator. She holds a first-class B.Sc Honours degree from CASS Business School and a PGCE from the University of Brighton, both esteemed institutions in the UK.

Ms. Asma’s passion for mathematics and dedication to academic excellence were evident early on in her educational journey. She achieved an outstanding 3rd position in a national-level external examination in Pakistan in 1998, which earned her a full academic scholarship to study at City University London.

With over 17 years of teaching and management experience, Ms. Asma’s career began at a Grammar School in the UK. She subsequently held various teaching and management positions in the UAE before establishing The Learning Tree in 2013. Her vision for The Learning Tree was to create a personalised learning space for children, catering to their unique needs and fostering their individual growth.

As an educator, Ms. Asma specialises in designing personal learning programmes for her students, enabling them to excel in their educational journey and develop clear career pathways. She takes pride in her ability to connect with people and is often described as a “people’s person.” Ms. Asma values spending quality time with her family, friends, and students, recognising the importance of building strong relationships to support learning.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Asma is a proud mother of three beautiful daughters who inspire her every day. She has a love for travel, which provides her with diverse experiences and perspectives that she can bring into her teaching practice.

Outside of her work and personal life, Ms. Asma enjoys playing netball and immersing herself in the world of books. These hobbies reflect her active and intellectually curious nature, as well as her commitment to personal growth and lifelong learning.
